Usually I recommend Polar Nails to everyone! I always have the best French manicure by Wendy or Jenna mostly. This time I had an older guy who did not know what he was doing, slow, making mistakes, wasn’t careful with the hot tool which was very hot on my nails, barely filed my nails, only applied one layer of clear gel before starting the white tips to which one of the ladies had to take over because he couldn’t do it…. It still didn’t turn out the best. Not the usual service, no natural pink gel layer to cover the damaged nail, and they chipped straight away due to lack of layers/ poor application! So so disappointed. Won’t be coming back for fear of getting them again.

I originally had a disappointing experience with my nails and left a review about it, but the salon reached out to me afterward and offered to redo my set for free. I really appreciated that they took the feedback seriously and gave me another appointment to fix everything. I went back and this time the results were beautiful — much better than before and exactly what I was hoping for. The shape, design, and overall quality turned out really nice, and I’m very happy with how my nails look now. I also appreciated how professional and understanding they were throughout the whole situation. It meant a lot that they took the time to improve my experience. Thank you again!

I had such a wonderful experience with Wendy today! From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and you can really tell she cares about the quality of her work. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful — I’m so impressed with the level of detail and care she put into them. On top of doing an outstanding job, Wendy made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxing. It’s always such a treat to find someone who is both talented and genuinely kind. I will definitely be coming back to see her again and would highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking for gorgeous nails and great service!
